Terms of Service for Promise’s Personal Brand Mastermind

By enrolling in the Personal Brand Mastermind ("Mastermind"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Enrollment

Enrollment in the Mastermind is limited and accepted at the sole discretion of Promise Tangeman and her team. Your spot is reserved once payment has been completed or your payment plan has been approved.

Payment

You may choose one of the following payment options:

Paid in Full: $5,200 USD
12-Month Installment Plan: 12 monthly payments of $476 USD (total investment of $5,712 USD)

The 12-month payment option is an installment plan, not a subscription. By selecting the installment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price of the Mastermind and agree to complete all 12 payments, regardless of your participation, attendance, or completion of the program.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to the Mastermind and any outstanding balance may become immediately due.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this program and the limited number of spots available, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason.

Program Access

The Mastermind includes one year of coaching beginning at the program start date and may include:

A private kickoff strategy session
Twice-monthly group coaching calls
Community access
Hot seat coaching opportunities
Member discounts on eligible GoLive services

Program details are subject to reasonable changes as needed to improve the experience or accommodate scheduling.

Attendance

Live coaching calls will be held on scheduled dates. While replays may be provided when possible, they are not guaranteed. Participants are responsible for attending live sessions whenever possible.

Community Expectations

This Mastermind is intended to be a respectful, encouraging, and collaborative community. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, solicitation of members, or conduct that disrupts the group may result in removal from the program without refund.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the privacy of other members. Personal stories, business information, coaching discussions, and other confidential information shared within the Mastermind should not be shared outside the group without permission.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, recordings, worksheets, presentations, and resources provided during the Mastermind remain the intellectual property of Promise Tangeman unless otherwise stated. They are for your personal business use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Results Disclaimer

Every business and personal brand is different. While the Mastermind is designed to provide education, coaching, and strategic guidance, no specific business, financial, social media, or revenue results are guaranteed. Your success depends on many factors, including your own effort, implementation, experience, and market.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promise Tangeman, GoLive HQ, and their team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Mastermind.
